We are not striclty gfree but...OH I must try this! We are not striclty gfree but according to our blood types (eat right for your type) we are supposed to be. We also just found out that Gavin is allergic to food dyes! It's not even that we ate it often but it's in so many things... even toothpaste. He is doing so much better with out it. It's kind of upsets me because SO many kids are having similar reactions to the same thing and being diagnosed with adhd and put on ritalin ((and the likes at such early ages. He was going down that path until we switched his diet over and viola! he is normal!
